### Receiving request

Our sales team receives an inquiry and contacts the potential client to outline the project scope and expectations.

### Project design

Once we receive the necessary information, our technical department develops the most suitable solution for the given case.

### Engineering

In this phase, our technical team designs the machinery, then a layout is drawn for submission to the client's approval.

### Quotation

Based on the findings of the previous steps, a detailed estimate is prepared.

### Layout sharing with the client

The layout is presented to the client, who can approve it or request modifications and additions.

### Manufacturing

SOMO's various departments coordinate to produce, in a timely manner, what the engineering department designed. Thanks to our well-established relationships with suppliers, we are able to guarantee quick delivery times.

### Assembly and testing

The ready-to-assemble material is shipped to the site, where our experts proceed with installation and testing according to the required specifications.
